Go Gold (GG) is loaded with entertaining information about gold - the current price (in common ounces), our obsession for it, how we have incorporated gold into our lives. GG allows the ability to create interesting perspectives of how precious gold is today and throughout human history.

GG contains a number of categories (Animals, Sports, People, Miscellaneous, Food) that allow you to view an item's current gold value potential (the value of the item's weight in gold). Quiz your family and friends. Obviously, no human being can ever have a dollar value, but wouldn't it be fun to take a football player's weight and see it's value in gold?

GG also provides you with a tool to enter any weight and calculate the value of that weight in gold. Want to know what the car you drive would be worth if it were made of gold? Do a quick Internet search, obtain the weight, enter it into GG and find the gold price value of your car.

GG also includes a "gold" trivia game. Quiz yourself and friends about our favorite precious metal - gold.
Disclaimer:
Go Gold is intended to be fun and entertaining not a tool for serious financial calculation. The current price of gold is provided by www.xmlcharts.com. The values online are usually in troy ounces, GG uses the more common ounce (1 troy ounce = 1.097 ounces).
