Gluten Free was designed for those struggling with a gluten intolerance or celiac disease. The application is a one-stop shop for your Gluten Free Shopping needs. From a built in shopping list, to being able to scan a barcode and have access to product information on hundreds of thousands of products, Gluten Free makes living Gluten Free a little easier.

With a beautiful user interface, Gluten Free is featured packed. The built in, auto-updating, Ingredients tab has the Gluten Free status of 741 ingredients. This information is stored on your device locally and can be accessed wherever you are.

The most exciting feature of Gluten Free is the scanning feature. We’ve connected with a company that has over 100,000 products in a detailed food database. We built our own algorithm that checks for hundreds of ingredients and provides you with a simple color rating. Scan an item and within seconds see a green, yellow, or red label with the reason our algorithm made that choice. We’ve dramatically improved this feature, and while some regional chains are missing, nearly all national brands are available. Due to our licensing costs, the scanning feature requires a subscription of $3.99 per month.

Use the built-in shopping list to keep track of all the items you need to pick up. With support for multiple lists / stores you’ll never have to leave Gluten Free while shopping. Easy to identify icons help sort out products by aisle and store. Once you pick-up an item, just swipe to remove it from the list.

Tired of guessing what you can eat at restaurants? Use Gluten Free’s Around Me feature to find restaurants and shops that have been tagged as Gluten Free on Google. This feature works best in bigger cities, but we’ve found new shops even in smaller towns.

Don’t live in a big city? No problem! Use the Specific Locations tab and get immediate access to the gluten-free menu of 28 nationwide chains. These menus are stored on your device, so they are available regardless of your internet connection.

Our built-in Facebook integration allows you to quickly share products via Facebook. Find a product you love? Share it with your friends! Gluten Free also supports ratings, which will sync with all the App’s users.
