GluCalc is a mobile application that mainly concerns diabetic patient and family members. Its main objectiv is to ease the tasks to do at mealtime. GluCalc is developped in three different languages (english, french and german).

The foods database, that everybody can complete and customize, calculates the amount of carbohydrates for a meal. With this result, GluCalc computes the necessary amount of insulin considering the user's personal parameters. This insulin quantity is calculated according the correction factor or correction dose method.
