Intro
Glenmorangie – the ‘Unnecessarily Well Made’ Highland single malt Scotch whisky.
This free app gives you an introduction to the main Glenmorangie whiskies: Original, Quinta Ruban, Lasanta and Nectar d’Or. Answer a few simple questions to determine which is your favourite whisky and reveal the flavour notes. You can also explore an interactive journey from water to whisky, and one on the art of Glenmorangie’s extra maturation process.

Our Glenmorangie Distillery was first founded in 1843 in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, in the Royal Burgh of Tain. Our company has proudly carved a reputation as pioneers, uniting traditional techniques with new innovative processes.
The venture may have started small, its location remote, but our founder, William Matheson, had an extraordinary vision. By using the tallest stills in Scotland, he was laying the foundations of what would become one of the most famous single malt Scotch whiskies in the world.

Glenmorangie Original
Our flagship expression. A ten-year-old single malt matured only in first and second fill American white oak ex-bourbon casks for a balance of mature sweetness and complexity. A soft and mellow spirit, perfect for enjoying at any time.
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban
The darkest and most intense whisky in the range, we've extra matured it in specially selected ex-ruby port pipes from the Quintas (or wine estates) of Portugal. We've developed a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours, with an intriguing contrast of smooth and crisp, cooling textures.
Glenmorangie Lasanta
Spicy and full bodied, we've extra matured this whisky for two years in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. Glenmorangie Lasanta is Gaelic for warmth and passion, reflecting its Spanish characteristics with an exquisite soft texture and deep, enticingly sweet aroma.
Glenmorangie Nectar D’Or
Sumptuous and warming, the Glenmorangie Nectar D'Òr has lain for at least ten years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before completing its final years in ex-wine barriques from Sauternes in France.
We hand-select these casks from this most acclaimed sweet wine growing region to develop a whisky of rich dessert-like character.
