Application Description
-Manage a sales team with geo-location, stock control, recent meeting reports all without the need to have anything other than an iPhone and a free email account!!!
-NO need to pay for ADDITIONAL HARDWARE SERVERS and the best thing is the data is yours forever, (no faffing around with large annual fees to use cloud based services). Pease take note that the admin account must be set up first from the indicated email service provider.
-Buy additional sales reps from within the app via in app purchase, and expand as your sales force does.
-You can even allow others to access the data as the app populates a spreadsheet that is accessible to those who have the email login details.
-calculate fuel expenses automatically within the application.
-Assign tasks to a to-do list for all the team
- "weekly marketing share" allows the team to share information and market intelligence with each other instantly. eg. competitor price movements, bonus deals or sell outs in the marketplace. Allow your marketing department to tap into the team's knowledge in realtime.
- fill in your report after a meeting and save. At this time a geotag is dropped onto a familiar map format for your perusal.
- no data coverage? Don't worry, the information is cached on your iPhone until you do have a data connection.
Save geo-locations of customers from the meeting reports so if someone takes on a new territory from another rep one can easily find the customer.
