GenieInspect is a professional construction inspection app which is easy to use and beautifully designed to keep track of notes & photos of your work. You can additionally store your documents and tag your blueprints on GenieInspect. The app also includes Dropbox integration.

AUTOMATIC INSPECTION REPORTING: With a press of a button your inspection report is sent to you, wherever you are, complete with your notes, photos, inspection location and location tags on the blueprints.
INSPECTION OVERVIEW: Have all the information you need to keep track of your inspection. Issue list sorted by category, issue priorities, photos, blueprints, tags on blueprints and even the map showing you the inspection location and navigation guidance.
BLUEPRINT TAG: Locate all issues associated to a blueprint with our tag system, get a complete overview of all issues, notes and pictures linked with those tags.
ISSUE OVERVIEW AND DETAIL: Detailed list of issues done and pending with colour prioritisation. Enter one issue to see the description, change priority, assign a category and easily update the content.
PHOTOS: See the photos of your inspection in an intuitive overview and easily get more details about the photo.
INTEGRATED DOCUMENTATION: Upload any PDF file to the inspection: specifications, programmes, minutes, … basically anything you want to have with you while doing your inspection.
CLOUD BACKUP: Keep your data and progress safe in the cloud. GenieInspect will update in realtime all data recorded during your inspection. The app also works Offline! GenieInspect will synchronize any data recorded offline to the cloud once you find a connection.
GenieInspect is free to download and use for up to three inspections and 512MB of cloud storage.
