Generating Genius (GG) seeks to assist talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds to realise their potential in Science, Technology, and Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects during their secondary 
school years, through to university entrance.

Now in its third year, the Uni Genius (UG) programme targets highly capable students in the sixth form, typically studying on a mixture of AS and A-Level STEM courses. UG strives to provide students with a mixture of enrichment activities, industry-linked opportunities and academic support, with the aim of supporting students to access the country’s top universities.

UG’s unique system bridges the gap between highly motivated students, and the multitude of opportunities that are on offer to them. Information about all of the events and activities that exist at universities, as well as other stakeholder organisations are neatly packaged, then publicised using our GroupSpaces platform, making them easily accessible, and readily available.

The purpose of the iOS app for GG is to let students on our GroupSpaces network access and register for upcoming opportunities more easily.
