Application Description
Gear Ratio Find is an application that allows you to calculate your vehicles gear ratios.
First you enter your tyre size. You need to give a Width , Profile and Rim size which you'll find on the sidewall of any of the driven wheels.
Second you'll need to enter a final drive ratio. This can usually be found in your manufactures handbook, but in case you need to look it up, the application includes a view of both the Carfolio and Carspector websites which list thousands of model specifications.
With that information your then ready to get in the car! Set the Engine Speed to an appropriate RPM for the gear you wish to calculate and note the speed your going when you reach that rev speed and your ratio will be shown.
