How Does Rig Ready Work?
1.Use your iPhone to locate the nearest participating Rig Ready Shop or call our toll-free Rig Ready line at 800-297-1971.
2.Qualified shop personnel will inspect your truck and prepare an estimate for repairs. Our Rig Ready team, with their niche trucking expertise and extensive truck repair knowledge, will review the information and approve the repair estimate; usually within just a few hours! Then, with your authorization, the shop can get started.
3.Once the repairs are completed to your satisfaction, you're free to hit the road! All you pay is your deductible and applicable charges. Great American will take care of the rest!
