FundTag is the very essence of 'community'.  We believe in the power of the individual to shape his/her own future and thus the future of the community.  As a result, we are FundTag.  FundTag allows the individual to decide how limited but vital money should be spent in the community; because we believe no one knows better what the community needs than its individual members.  FundTag does this by allocating a portion of your everyday purchases to schools, churches, and non-profits of your choosing.  And with better schools, stronger faith, and greater charity, we live in a greater community.

Membership is free and anyone can install the FundTag app to find businesses willing to donate to the causes that you deem worthy.  All you do is use the app to display a code that is scanned or input during checkout.  The percentage of your purchase that a participating business will donate is displayed on each business profile; and the money goes to schools, churches, and non-profits that you choose directly on the app.

After a simple registration process, the home screen will display the logos of participating businesses near you.  Each business profile displays their contact information, special deals, but more importantly, the percentage of your purchases they are willing to donate.  Also displayed on the merchant profile is a unique barcode or QR code that is used to identify your account.  During the checkout process, the cashier will scan your code directly from your phone.  You determine where these funds are allocated directly on the app.  Simply use the search feature to add schools, universities, religious organizations, and non-profits to your account.  Then decide the portion of your donations you would like designated to each.  That's it!
