Application Description
FSi R22 is the ultimate light helicopter instrument panel for your favorite flight simulator. It allows you to completely hide the cockpit of the Flight Simulator, so you can enjoy both beautiful instruments and scenery.
IMPORTANT - this app is intended for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, Prepar 3D or X-Plane users and is not usable on its own. You will need the iPad and the computer running the simulator to be on the same network.
The instrument panel is themed after Robinson R22, but will work with many other single piston engine helicopter you wish to fly as well.
The app has the following instruments and functions:
Vertical Speed Indicator
Attitude Indicator with adjustable reference bars
Slip indicator
Airspeed Indicator
Engine and rotor tachometers
Altimeter with adjustable pressure setting
Heading indicator with correction for drift
Manifold pressure gauge
Clutch, Low RPM, Low Fuel, Starter indicator lights
Day and night themes
Automatic server discovery through Bonjour services
FSi Server is required to establish the connection between Flight Simulator and your device. It can be downloaded free at http://avioware.com/download.
