Application Description
For children ages 3 and above, FREYA and FRIENDS is an iPhone/iPod Touch application based on an original children’s book series written by Lisa Carey. FREYA is a smart young girl and her best friend is a mischievous mouse named CONNOR. Together with FREYA and CONNOR, kids can travel the world, meet FRIENDS and learn about the different countries they visit.
Kids create their very own FREYA and FRIENDS passport (taking their own passport photo) which allows them to travel to countries around the world. With new countries added each month, children can collect stamps in their passport and quickly become budding young globetrotters!
At each destination FREYA meets with a FRIEND from that country, and together they learn about the people, the language, the sites, the food, the wildlife, and much, much more. Along the way children can read along with FREYA, interact with the story, play cognitive learning games and of course, be entertained by CONNOR who is always getting into mischief.
