Our exclusive FreeCall app enables customers to make and receive calls anywhere in the world using Wi-Fi internet, without incurring expensive roaming charges. Calls to other Utility Warehouse Club members with Home Phone, including FreeCall and Internet Phone numbers, are free on FreeCall. All other calls will be charged in accordance with our Home Phone tariff, but subject to a minimum charge of 12p per call.

To use this app: as a new customer, choose FreeCall on the application form on our website.

As an existing customer, call customer services. You will receive a letter with your username, password and complete instructions.
