Ever wonder why you get tired during certain times of the day? Or perhaps wish there was something that can track your diet each day, so you can have more energy to do the things you wanted, and more productivity to get the work you needed to get done?

Footnote is a simple tool that helps you keep track of the daily foods you eat each day -- such as that coffee you drank in the morning, the Fuji apple you had at lunch, or that Papa John's pizza you had at night. This app also allows you to record your energy levels whenever you want during the day.

Simply follow these four steps:

-Select a day you want to track your diet.
-Snap a picture of the food before you're about to eat it.
-Choose the correct energy level you feel at the moment.
-Do this as many times as you want.

Foodnote keeps track of the food you ate, the time you ate the food, and the energy level you feel during that time of day. Then at the end of the day, look back at all the foods you ate and the energy levels you felt during the day, and see how you can improve for tomorrow.

What simple changes in diet can you make to have more energy, be more productive, and feel better?

Test it out for yourself and keep track of your progress!
