Finally an App what helps you to change your eating behaviour to the better and more importantly you can change it on a long term. Foodbook can help you reach your goals. Foodbook helps you to get healthier, fitter and to enjoy every single meal.

Finally an app what is made especially for taking pictures of what you eat, adding a comment to each image, creating Food journals for certain time periods and to share them with your Health- and Fitnesscoach, Doctor and/or Friends and Family.

With Foodbook it is effortlessly easy to document ones eating behaviour and to improve it day by day, week by week.

Foodbook is the ideal App for everyone who wants to create quickly and hassel free food journals without having to think about all the different ingredients of each of the meals, drinks and snacks. With Foodbook there is no more searching around for every single ingredient of your meals, snacks and drinks in these, every day growing food databases.

Also, under psychological aspects, Foodbook is unique on the app market.
Humans do tend to acknowledge images much stronger than plain simple text.
Because of the visual documentation of ones own food in combination with commenting on each meal, the app strengthen ones self-reflexion and hence, helps the user to change his/her eating behaviour toward the desired outcomes.

As a unique bonus we added a feature where the user can create a Food Collage of the last 30 meals / images on one page. This could serve as a kind of "Shock Therapie" when printed out and pined to the fridge or just a nice visual representation of the last 30 meals you had.

This is how it works:

- Take pictures of your meals and the app will put them in the right order when you had the food.
- Chose time periods from the past to create a Documentation
(e.g. Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days...)
- Create PDFs of your desired time periods with your food pictures and the comments you added to theses pictures. Each picture will show the exact time and date when you had the food.
- Share the PDFs directly with your Health- and Fitnesscoach and/or your Friends and Family.
- Share single pictures with your comments on Twitter and Facebook
- Create as many Foodbooks as you like
- Everything will be saved and can always be modified (add a comment later, delete prior created images and pdfs, share them whenever with whoever you like.....)

Please Note: When creating PDFs (foodbooks) of more then 40 images the generated PDF gets rather large and it will take some time untill the email server will send it. Use WLAN when sending big PDF with lots of images inside.
