Application Description
This app calculates fry yields, oil usage, and QCR's related to food cost at McDonalds. It takes your current fry yield and shows the impact of running a fry yield between 24 an 26 will have on food cost. For oil usage it calculates how long oil lasts in your vats and calculates the savings if it lasts 10 days. For the QCR it calculates the difference between what you actually ran and the target, and shows you in dollars how much opportunity you have. The QCR targets can be adjusted.
