FONGARO - Spumanti Metodo Classico

L’Azienda Fongaro nasce nel 1975 dall’impegno e dalla passione del suo fondatore, Guerrino Fongaro.
Fin da subito la scelta è stata quella di privilegiare la coltivazione del vitigno autoctono Durella, tipico della zona dei Monti Lessini, sulle colline fra la provincia di Verona e quella di Vicenza, caratterizzato dall’elevata acidità naturale che si addice perfettamente alla lavorazione a Metodo Tradizionale Classico.

Fongaro was born in 1975 from the hard work and from the passion of its founder Guerrino Fongaro.
From the beginning the choice was that of privileging the cultivation of the autochthonous vine Durella. Typical of the area of Monti Lessini, on the hills that divide the province of Verona and that of Vicenza, its characteristic is its high natural acidity enabling the rifermentation of the Metodo Classico.
