Please enjoy these sequences + experience a taste of Flowmotion®.
Three versions of Flowmotion® Sun Salutations are offered ::
- Flowmotion Sun Salute A
- Flowmotion Sun Salute B
- Flowmotion Sun Salute C
You may follow them at your own pace (MANUAL) or with the instructional audio (AUTO).
A suggested Flowmotion® Playlist is available for purchase to complement your practice by searching :: 'Flowmotion App' and click on 'Playlists'
Each Sun Salute is offered once on the Right side + once on the Left side. Begin by practicing Sun Salute A, 1-3x. If you feel great, progressively work towards 6-9x. The same applies to Sun Salutes B + C. After you are comfortable with the movement patterns, try to relax into the flow + move in a way that feels authentic to you.
Have fun with it, turn the music up + enjoy!
