Application Description
Fit4Battle is an iPhone application developed by Ex-Defence Force personnel which runs you through the same Battle Fitness Assessment (BFA) used by the Australian Defence Force or the British SASR.
There are three to four components of the BFA depending on your Gender and Age and the Fit4Battle app will step you through each of these.
