FinMol Version 1.00

FinMol is an extraordinary interactive molecular structure viewer that runs on iOS. FinMol allows you to fluently download, view, manipulate, and present macro-molecules, including protein, DNA, RNA or any other structures that are in protein databank(PDB) format. It is great for researchers, students, instructors or anyone who wants to learn more or gain insight about the nature's dedicated structures.

Features :

1. FinMol allows making presentation of molecules easy and fun. Different ways of rendering molecule structures with any combinations of representations including:
- ribbon
- cartoon
- bond
- stick
-sphere
Those rendering modes can be adaptably applied to different levels of the molecule entities.

2. FinMol let you control your molecule in a fluent way. You can move, room, and rotate object as you like with your finger gestures, or simply using the accelerometer to manipulate. Inspection or selection of your molecule composition are as simple as tapping on the screen or using our easy-to-use browser.

3. FinMol allows you to download, inspect and organize PDB file. You download PDB files directly using PDB code, using Safari browsers, open PDB file from other apps or using iTunes.

4. FinMol Also allows you to manage scenes. A scene is a customized view with optional descriptions that can be saved and later reloaded. Scenes files can be also managed by iTunes.
