How it works

You only need to enter the first date of your most recent period. Other options are available for cycle length, luteal phase, and period length; however you can leave these at their default values and it should still be accurate if your cycle is typical.

Your ovulation date is calculated by getting the first date of your period, and then adding the number of cycle days, then subtracting your luteal phase length.

The 3 days prior and 1 day after your period date are then listed as fertile days.
