Fat Buttons™, with its high contrast user interface and oversized buttons, makes enjoying music on the iPhone far easier when running, exercising, riding a bicycle or motorcycle, in the car, or if you just prefer having larger, easier-to-see buttons. You can select albums or iTunes created playlists with the option to display the album artwork.
Fat Buttons™ has five large buttons for play, pause, next track, previous track, volume up, and volume down. With very little use you can memorize the locations on the screen (the middle and four corners) to fully control their music. This provides far less distraction when running or exercising, riding a bike, motorcycle or driving a car. The volume buttons are accelerated making it much faster to go up or down in volume.
Additionally, Fat Buttons™ is “always on”. After 60 seconds the screen will dim but with a tap of the finger the app comes back to full brightness and ready for use. Since the app never goes into sleep mode, your iPhone passcode is never required to get back to the app.
Fat Buttons™ supports all music formats supported by the iPhone music player. It also will play the audio tracks of music videos.
