Application Description
A handy app that can be used to manage the entire family’s schedules.
It manages anywhere from 1 to 10 people’s schedules on one screen.
This app is extremely convenience because it allows the user to change the background, color of the writing, and icons for each individual event, making it easy to see the many different events for the entire family.
Function Explanation
[The Mini Calendar]
In the iPad version, the mini calendar is always displayed in the left of the screen, and for the iPhone version, is displayed when the date at the top center of the screen is tapped.
The calendar for the currently selected month is displayed here.
By tapping a particular date, the main calendar will scroll to that day.
An icon will be displayed on days where the family whose photo frame is red has something scheduled.
When you tap on a photo its frame will turn red.
Different icons can be set for each user in the family registration screen.
A cake is displayed for birthdays.
The month changes by tapping the arrow above or swiping from left to right.
[The Main Calendar]
The events registered for that month will be displayed for the entire family.
If an event is tapped, a details screen appears and editing or deleting is possible. A new registration screen appears if somewhere on the screen other than an event is tapped.
In the iPhone version, only the schedule of the family member whose photo is framed in red will be displayed, so please tap the photo of the family member you wish to display.
[Event Registration]
Titles and places previously registered are displayed in the order they were most recently used in, which is convenient for input.
Font color, background color and icons can be set for each event.
There is an abundance of colors and icons to choose from, and upon selection these are displayed in order from most recently used, making the app extremely user-friendly.
While registration of frequently repeated content is a given, by ticking the “Skip Holidays” section you can make repeated registrations skipping public holidays which is convenient for registering your children’s extracurricular activities, etc.
[Settings]
Displayed when the button in the top left of the screen is tapped.
Here you can register, change or delete items for the entire family.
You can change the order in which your family is displayed using the drag & drop operation in the family list.
It is possible to change public holidays, font size, the color of weekends and the current day.
Cautions
・Advertisements will be displayed.
・Currently, the public holidays of Japan, America, England, Austria, Canada, Germany, Australia and France are supported.
