This easy to use tip calculator lets you quickly calculate the amount of the Tip /Gratuity for meals or other services.

Customizable Default setting buttons for 4 levels of service :
The user can set 4 default levels of service (ie. Poor/Ok/Good/Great) and assign their own custom standard tip percentage such as 10/15/20/25 % to each level. To calculate the tip amount, the user simply enters the Bill Amount and presses one of the 4 service levels. The tip amount, and the total bill including the tip, are automatically displayed. The user may also enter their own Ad-Hoc percentage if they wish to use a different percentage from their standard 4 choices.

Bill Splitting:
Once the final amount including the tip, is calculated, the user can enter the number of persons that are splitting the bill. The total amount that each individual person should pay (including their tip amount) is automatically calculated and displayed.


Rounding Options:
Three options for Rounding are also selectable by the user if desired

None: - No Rounding is performed on the tip amount or final bill.

Tip Amount – Rounds the tip amount up to the next whole dollar amount. This method is typically selected if you want the your server to receive a whole dollar amount when they collect their tip.

Total Bill – Rounds the total bill (by adjusting the tip) up to the nearest whole dollar.
This method is convenient when you wish to pay a whole dollar amount and do not desire any coins/change back.
