Sometimes a coaching situation you encounter will require a formal, in-depth discussion; other times, leaders need to coach immediately and to do so quickly in order to make the most of the moment. Using Express Coaching™ is ideal when you need to coach someone now and time constraints don’t allow for lengthy chat.
With the Express Coaching™ App, simply adjust the sliders to describe your coaching situation, then touch “submit” to determine whether Express Coaching™ or formal in-depth coaching is required. You will receive tips and suggestions for a successful coaching discussion.
