Application Description
A practical training timer for interval training such as HIT (high intensity training).
Rest time between repetitions, number of repetitions per set and rest between sets are configurable.
The messages displayed on the screen are also user configurable to suit the activity performed while using this app!
A more advanced version is the Sweat app
