Exercise Counts keeps track of the time to perform or hold an exercise as well as the rest time and number of repetitions. This simple, straightforward app will make sure you are doing the proper amount of reps and not cheating yourself. Can be used for any kind of exercise; strengthening, stretching, yoga, Pilates, range of motion, balance, and more. Includes a 3 second delay to allow you to get into position once you hit the start button. You can easily pause or reset the timer as needed.
