The EVE Guides app is a mobile visitor guide platform. Its unique architecture enables it to power different guides at diverse visit places such as museums, zoos, botanic gardens, aquariums, galleries, and exhibitions.

The app enables visitors to get information about the exhibits and objects on display via any combination of text, images, audio and video. visitors also utilize the app to orient themselves and locate points-of-interest on the premises floor plan/map, keep track of events that take place during their visit, get general information (e.g. about food services and stores), follow recommended visit plans, capture their personal visit experience and share it with others, and send feedback. All these features are integrated and presented via a highly practical and simple-to-use user interface which lets the visitor focus on the exhibits rather than on how to use the app itself.

Demo museum and zoo visitor guides are available for initial evaluation purposes and to get a feeling for the app's features and user interface. For the museum demo, enter guide name pdmart; for the zoo demo, enter guide name lilzoo. Please note that text, audio and video fillers are often used in these demos as substitute for real content. Also note that the demos don't cover all features, and that they show just one out of many ways to compile a visitor guide using this highly configurable app.
