The Electronic-mail Visual Analog Scale (VAS) app is the most versatile VAS app available. With a customizable user interface, you can upload any image or set of instructions to accompany between 1-22 scales (all on the screen at once). The ability to save an unlimited number of time-stamped responses for each VAS “collection” adds to the versatility.

Finally, once the “collection” is complete (or at any point during), the app can send an e-mail to any account you desire with a record of all time-stamped responses in an easy to use .txt file format.

Instructions

1.After opening the app, select “Collection Settings”.

2.Either select one of our four default setups, or create your own customizable collection by uploading a graphic from your device, choosing your anchors, and selecting the number of channels (scales) you would like to have on screen during the collection.

3.Save your collection settings.

4.Return to the Main Menu using the “Back to Main Menu” button

5.Begin a new collection

6.E-mail the responses from your collection to any e-mail account around the world.
