eSocialBike is a system able to connect electric bikes online, adding several new features and a complete new e-bike experience.
Connecting your smartphone with the eSocialBike app and with a compliant electric bike you can:
• have real time battery data, i.e. state of charge, state of health, voltage, number of cycles, last charge, accurate autonomy with current charge.
• have warranty reminders and notifications of correct usage.
• receive, in case of assistance, faster and real time communication with your dealer and the whole supply chain accelerating service time for vehicles thanks to the remote diagnosis.
• record your trips and view them on a map.
• track how much CO2 you have saved by riding your e-bike.
• share your ebike rides with other users.
• communicate directly with your e-bike manufacturer and dealer with a simple direct message and receive updates about your bike and related opportunities.
The whole e-bike supply chain, upon your consent, can read e-bike data working parameters that are automatically sent to the cloud-based server, ready to be anonymously analyzed to optimize production and assistance.
Consequently, the eSocialBike system permits to improve the electric vehicle life and maintenance, allowing an on time service plan, based on the real ebike usage.
