Now the EPME Mobile app is a good "supplemental" study guide to go along with the official EPME guide. This app was created by a coastie for coasties.
It is broken down by pay grade, and it is straight forward question and answers, minus all of the fluff. Keepin it simple.
This new update includes more questions, a quiz that will help you learn the other services rank structure, a built in forum, and it also gives you access to the online version of the EPME manual within the app!
