We address the wine aficionado in general, not just insiders, and we present topics with an almost educational approach, using plain, clear language. There are also pages dedicated to cuisine, catering and accommodation that highlight the excellence and the attractions of the island. EnoS is an invitation to explore Sicily and come to know it better through its best products, of which wine is one.
