The 'emergency info screen' app creates a personalised medical information snapshot for your lock screen, for the emergency response to use in case of an emergency, without the need to unlock your screen.

The medical information includes:

> Your name
> Emergency contact
> Whether your an organ donor
> Your blood type
> Personalised medical notes - this could include:

- health insurance details
- medications
- allergies (e.g. bee stings, food and medication allergies)
- medical conditions (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions)
- what organ you wish to donate
- other emergency contact details

Note: If you choose to say yes to being an organ donor, please talk to your family and friends about your decision as well as register on your country's organ donor register. However, if you are not an organ donor this will not be displayed on your lock screen.
