Application Description
EfficiencyBar is an app that displays your daily and/or recent efficiency values from RescueTime in the Mac OSX menu bar. That way you can see at a glance how you're doing for the day, or even right now.
To use EfficiencyBar, you need an API key from RescueTime, which you can get by following these steps:
- Open the RescueTime Data API page at https://www.rescuetime.com/anapi/manage
- You should already have at least one "Apidata" key, click one to expand it
- Copy the "Full key" into the EfficiencyBar preferences
EfficiencyBar will work with free RescueTime accounts, but it works best with Pro accounts since they provide more frequent updates. Free accounts update only once per hour.
