edoc2HD is the iPad client that one of the several clients for our structured data management product edoc2Lite and edoc2ECM. edoc2Lite and edoc2ECM are two kinds of service type,which edoc2ECM is major while edoc2Lite is lighter.Our product is for companies using for manage data and documents with different privileges for specified documents and users. Otherwise, our product with the Data Loss Prevention technology .
As edoc2HD is the iPad client for our product. It can not run without services: edoc2Lite or edoc2ECM. edoc2HD is both sopporting edoc2Lite and edoc2ECM.
The accounts is universal in our products whether windows client,iPad client,browsers and etc. Accounts can be created by the administrator or other users who have privilage to create an user.
Companies can pay for the services optional: Subscription-based,lump-sum. iPad client is free.
Once the app was run,the login user interface will be shown. It’s three text fields on the interface form top is address,username and password. The address is the http url of the service. Username and password can be obtained by contacting the administrator of the service.
Click login, then enter the main interface. The navigation bars docking by left side of the screen. The navigation buttons from top are: message,favorite,enterprise repository,personal repository,and download. The list near the navigation bar. Tap the navigation bars to switch the list of the details.When in the enterprise repository and personal repository, you can tap the create button by bottom left to create folder,or upload file by camera or from album. The preview panel located right of the screen. It will display the content when the document is selected in the list that the document type is supported. With the toolbar bottom of preview panel, you can add the document to favorite,post comments,download or open the docuemt seleted.
