What you get in the app is:
1. 5 free ECG recordings and a thousand more (require in-app-purchase to unlock them)
2. Each test you get 8 option interpretations with only 1-4 of them are correct, pick them out
3. You get a star based evaluation - 0 STAR / 1 STAR / 2 STARS / 3 STARS
Look back at the play histories, they are all marked with stars.
