- Discover your baby's natural time intervals from waking and feeding to their next pee or poo
- Identify common cues or signals to show they need to go potty
- Recognise common times they will need to potty (e.g. after getting out of the high chair or stroller).

Even if you are part time EC'ing or even occasionally, EC App can help you spot your baby's potty cues. Just by logging when they wake up, feed and when you notice a wee/poo (even in their diaper) over a period of time may be enough for you to get in tune with your baby's natural timing.
