This app will give you an opportunity to follow your ration. The main peculiarity is that you will not be limited by exact eating plan.

How does it work? Guiding by norms to achieve your eating goals, you create an eating plan for a week. Then, during a week you note the daily amount of your foods. By the end of the week it becomes clear what kind of food is not enough in your ration, and that you need to pay more attention on it.

Let's imagine the following situation. Suppose you decide to improve your body shape. To do this you need to reduce the amount of fat foods and to eat more fruits. So you write an eating plan for a week which includes 200 grams of meat (at maximum), 2 grapefruits and 1 apple a day. By using the default scheduler you distribute your weekly plan. Here you can face the following problem: for example, you need to eat a grapefruit today, but you would better eat a tomorrow's planned apple instead of it. Such situation disturbs your daily eating plan but does not influence your weekly plan. This app was created for exactly such cases!
