Easy Photo Picker is a fantastic app to make non-moved photos, when you press Capture, it won't take the photo until your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad won't be completely firm.
You can also include the Flash-LED (it could lose efficacity for further slowness).
And another cool function is the Axis-Based Photo. Not only it won't make the photo until your iDevice isn't completely firm, but enabling it, Easy Photo Picker won't make the photo till your iDevice isn't perfectly aligned with Axis X or Y (perfect Landscape mode, Potrait or Upside down), in this way your photo will be never crooked.
If you don't have a perfect-firm hand or you are not much able to align your iDevice, you can change the Sensibility for your exigences (note: the low could give you bad results).
(LITE VERSION CHANGES)
In Lite Version you can*not* change the sensibility, use flash, Axis Based Photo or Front Camera.
