Easy Pasta, is a usefull Pasta cooking guide.

Written directly by pasta lovers from Italy, so apart from some english mistakes due to translation, you'll be teached how to cook a REAL plate of pasta.

- SUPER BEGINNERS GUIDE TO PASTA, which is going to guide you trough every single step involved in cooking a delicious plate of pasta.

The main italian Pasta recipes are here, Carbonara, fresh tomatoes, Amatriciana and many more.
Every recipe is clearly explained and there is a reference guide where you can obtain informations about the ingredients.
There is a "how to cook pasta al dente" guide , images and explanations of the main tools and procedures to cook pasta.
