e-Asti Glyfada is a mobile application intended for use by the citizens/residents of the city of Glyfada. In order to use it, the mobile phone must be connected to the Internet (3G/Wifi). It can be used by other citizens too with restricted functionality. One can notify the city about various problems found within the city area (lighting, marines, bandalism etc) while he can also send requests for applications he needs from the city (provided he is registered) along with receiving notifications about various city events. For someone to register, he must go to the city hall with his ID and get a unique key. This key must be entered in the application in order to complete the registration.
The functions supported through this application are:
- Send a report to the city containing a small description, a photograph along with the location of the report. User may send up to ten reports if he is not registered and unlimited if he is registered.
- Send an application request for a certificate he needs from the city of Glyfada
- View information posted by the city of Glyfada
- View messages regarding the progress of the request/response (registered users only)
- View his personal details (registered users only)
- Change his personal details (registered users only)
