The category list helps the user to qualify whether the property is for sale, rent or buying. The categories can be setup manually by the users through the easy to use setup screens. The user can also setup property type, for e.g., semi-detached, terraced, detached etc. This again can be very easily setup.
Once the property details like address, phone number etc., are stored, the user can add the customerís instructions for selling, letting or buying the property.
