DXFlights Free is an app that connects geography and flights. The initial screen shows you airplane icons corresponding to random flights over our planet, mainly long distance flights. These are REAL long distance flights, real airplanes, real contacts! The flights are shown without their airplane ID (the so called call sign of an airplane). Once you click or touch any plane icon, its ID appears, and you can see the time of last contact between the airplane and the ground Air Traffic Control, and the place it comes from (its Origin IATA code), and flies to (its destination IATA code), and sometimes the intervening airports it may fly through.
To see call signs, flight direction, search, select time frames, look at airports information based on its code, please upgrade to the Pro version of the app (coming soon...). Thank you!

Coming soon: The DXFlights Pro version includes all the ID's of all the flights shown in the beginning (so you can select a flight you prefer), a search facility to search by airline, by flight number and you can also select how far back you want to see (either 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16 hours prior to the present). Exciting stuff.

Data comes from our own network of feeds which includes various feeds, Air Traffic Control, pilot weather reports (PIREP's) and other means. No information is stored.

All the flights shown are actual flights flying as you use the app. Reload every minute to get the latest information.
