Def Star Radio is committed to quality music and talented artists. Seemingly this is a simple concept all radio stations should follow, but unfortunately they do not. Current radio programming practices tend to exclude quality music and the results are evident: A small number of artists are played and promoted nonstop, while lots of quality music is overlooked.
DSR will also employ selective exclusion of certain music. However, our criteria for choosing what we play will be based on talent and skills not gimmicks, dollars, or corporate agendas. We will make every effort to maintain and advance the standards of quality music that have been established. Using these standards, DSR will program a variety of shows packed with quality content, creating a unique listening environment.
The goal is to keep our base of dedicated, intelligent listeners energized while enlightening new comers..
