This app is free of charge from the West Virginia Office of Highway Safety and provides a listing of taxi services, limousine services and drive & ride services throughout the larger metro areas in the state. A blood alcohol estimator is included and allows the user to gain an understanding of the effects of drinking alcohol on their own blood alcohol content.
