Can’t remember? That’s what we thought. Forgetting dreams is a very common occurrence and differs for every person. Contrary to popular belief, there is in fact an effective way to record and recollect your dreams!
DreamZ Lite not only gives you an organized place to record your dream log, but also utilizes ground breaking technology to help you wake up at the optimal biological time to remember your dreams. There is no other app like this on the market!
How does it work?
During sleep you go through different phases, ranging from deep sleep to light sleep. The most interesting phase is the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) phase, in which most dreams occur.
Based on body movements while you're asleep, we are able to detect the exact sleep phase you are in, using iPhone's built-in sensors.
Studies show that if you are awoken during, or immediately after an REM phase, you are significantly more likely to remember your dream.
