Version introduction

This version is 1.0.3, it contains 3 stage (60 levels),14 tools, 10 kinds of wheel rims and V.S. mode.
Stage 4 is still in developing progress. When version 1.0.4 is online, stage 4 will be available. I will update this game around May 25th,2013.
