It disables the camera flash that ruins natural photos, and features a fully-functional web browser, so you can browse while you wait for the decisive moment to pull the shutter release. With a touch of a button, the entire screen is turned into the shutter release. The built-in web browser means there's no viewfinder, so you'll have to shoot from the hip. The nefarious uses are numerous, but please obey all applicable laws and, of course, don't be creepy.
