She is photo-crafts creator, photographer and writer in Japan born in Tokyo and grew up in Chiba. She is a pioneer in the concept of “making a photo into form of arts and crafts” and makes various activities over photos like creating photo-crafts, facilitating workshops and writing column for photo web site. She has published four books including “Crafts Made From Photos (写真でつくる雑貨)”　and “ The recipes of Photo Book (フォトブック レシピ)” . She is the host of Gallery and Atelier “Photo planning room fotori (写真企画室 ホトリ)” at Asakusabashi, Tokyo.
