DMS Search is a FREE application offered by LeverX, Inc. that allows iPad users to search and display document information and files stored in your SAP® Document Management System (DMS).
Capabilities include:
- Search for documents based on document fields (Key Fields, Other Fields and Text Search)
- Scroll through a thumbnail listing of documents meeting your search criteria
- Review detailed document information (Document Information Record)
- Open related document file(s) or originals (supports iPad compatible file display types e.g., PDF, JPG, MS-Word, etc.)
- "Mock-data" mode provides limited sample database for searching and accessing files
- Online mode requires only easy integration setup to SAP system (contact LeverX)
- Log into your SAP System using SAP username and password (once connected to company SAP System)
- Supports SAP security model to access document information and files (once connected to company SAP System)
